OJS provides individualized mentoring, educational case-management, targeted enrichment programs, including college tours and cultural activities, and other support services to students beginning in eighth grade and continuing through high school graduation, an amazing five-year period of time Ultimately, the most important consideration of Operation Jump Start’s work does not lie in the number of programs, but on its effectiveness.
