Evergreen Line Kids 1 Mile Fun Run

• Take part in the exciting Marathon event
• Begins and ends at the Official Marathon Starting Line
• Participants get T-Shirt and Goodie Bag
• 1 Mile Fun Run starts at 9:00 AM
• Wave starts: Ages 8 to 12

Course Information

• The Kids 1 Mile Fun Run begins on Shoreline Drive at the Official Marathon Starting Line and travels west to Pine Ave.
• Then the course u-turns and heads east on the same side of Shoreline Drive back to the starting line which becomes the Kids Run Finish.

Only race participants will be allowed on the course. (Parents will be able to meet up with their children at the Start/Finish Line on the north side of Shoreline Drive.)

T-Shirt and Goodie Bag

• All Kids 1 Mile Fun Run participants who register will receive a participant t-shirt and goodie-bag.
• All participants (both pre- and late-registration) must attend the Marathon Expo to pick-up their participant t-shirt and goodie-bag.

Other Goodies!

• All Registered Participants get FREE admission to the Aquarium of the Pacific.
• Participants also get many other discounts and special offers at local restaurants and shops.
• Back by popular demand, we're giving away "random prizes and giveaways." Anybody can win regardless of where you finish!

Personal Item Storage

• Personal item storage is available on the north side of Shoreline Drive and Linden between the Start and Finish lines. We do not recommend that you store any valuables.

Medical Stations

	Over 200 professionals from Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and Miller Children’s Hospital will be staffing Medical Aid Stations. Look for the Red Shirts on the course if you need any assistance!

Timing System

• The 1 Mile Fun Run will not be a timed event.
